Dr. Duffy is the President, Owner, and Founder of Alivation. He is board certified in child, adolescent, and adult psychiatry. He graduated from Vanderbilt University School of Medicine in Nashville, TN. He went on to complete his residency training at Dwight D. Eisenhower Army Medical Center (DDEAMC) in Georgia and his Child Fellowship in a combined program with DDEAMC and the University of Georgia.
Trevor has more than 15 years of leadership and management experience in human services, managed services and with nonprofits. Before coming to Alivation Health as CEO in October of 2015, Trevor was the COO with Five Nines Technology Group for eight years. Trevor earned a Bachelor of Science in criminal justice and psychology from the University of Nebraska–Lincoln in addition to obtaining his Master of Arts in management and leadership at Doane University.
Kylie works with people to drive a positive and exceptional experience for Alivation team members and the patients they serve. She holds her senior professional in human resources certification in addition to the SHRM-Senior Professional Certification and professional compliance officer certification. Kylie earned her Master of Science degree in organizational performance and has completed extensive doctoral coursework in the area of transformational leadership.
